“The Growth of the Social Forces of Production”.

 

 

 

Hypothesis.

Abstract

This exegetical essay puts forward the thesis that the growth of the “human-social forces of production” is the ‘‘‘heart and soul’’’ of the Marxian theory of the causation of human-social evolution, of human-social revolution, and of the “lawful” historical emergence of ‘democratic communism’, i.e., of ‘Marxian Democracy’.

This higher form of comprehensive democracy, of political-economic democracy is, above all, to be distinguished as the historical and diametrical opposite to totalitarian, inherently genocidal state-capitalism, including in its “capitalist semi-periphery” major sub-«species» of military-dictatorship, and private-capitalist/state-bureaucratic-capitalist hybrid ruling-class Nazi [Fascist] state-capitalisms, and of “pure” state-bureaucratic ruling-class, Stalinist state-capitalist PSEUDO-“communisms”, as well as in its ultra-horrific form as the predicted “lawful” state-capitalist, humanocidal destiny of the capitalist “core” -- of the U.S., the U.K. and the E.U. -- as predicted by, e.g., no less than George Orwell, as well as by Frederick Engels, and by Karl Marx, by Karl Seldon, and by the E.A.g. -- a destiny which can only be averted, or, if not averted, redressed, by the global movement for political-economic-democratic reform/revolution which we seek].

That is, this essay holds that, per Marx, the human-society self-induced growth of the “human-social forces of production” is the core cause of the historically observed — as of the predicted future — changes in the “human-social relations of production”, the human-social relations which mediate the self-reproductions, and the self-transformations, of human societies.

These include, especially, in order of their historical progression, the exchange-value relations known as “The Commodity-Relation” [Marx], “The Money-Relation” [Marx], and “The Capital-Relation” [Marx], as well as the higher “social relation of production” of “The Associated Producers” [Marx], which was predicted, by Marx, to, in the future, subsume them, and, thereby, to transcend them -- a prediction which the E.A.g. also upholds.

The latter has been clarified and concretized by Karl Seldon -- based upon Marx’s remarks regarding the connexion of joint-stock company shareholder democracy, and of workers-owned producers’ cooperatives, to ‘democratic communism’ -- in the concept of ‘The Generalized Equity-Relation’.

This thesis is supported, in this essay, by extensive evidence from the published writings of Karl Marx, as well as from surviving writings by Marx that Marx had left unpublished as of the end of his lifetime. 

 Hypothesis.

“The growth of the social forces of production” is the ‘‘‘heart and soul’’’ of the Marxian theory of the causation of human-social evolution, of human-social revolution, and of the “lawful” historical emergence of ‘democratic communism’, i.e., of ‘Marxian Democracy’.

It is the core of Marx’s explanation of the continual, cumulative changes within each historically-observed system of human social relations [of the transitory self-reproduction of that system of social relations of social reproduction].

It is also the core of Marx’s explanation of the historically-observed changes that constitute the transition from each predecessor system of human social relations to its successor system of human social relations, characterized by a partial conservation modification of the predecessor ontology of social relations[-of-production], as well as by an irruption of new, unprecedented social-relations[-of-production] ontology.

In Marxian theory, the growth of the human-social forces of production is also the primary project of human liberation.

Per Marx, it is already so within that human pre-history, a “prehistory” which ends with the end of the predominance of the “capital-relation” as all-subsuming social relation of production, and it is so also, and even more so, within the predicted future, next epoch, that of the social relation of production of the freely and democratically “associated producers”, which Marx also calls “[democratic] communist society” [as opposed to capitalist society in general, and to the final, descendant-phase «species» of the «genos» of capitalist society -- totalitarian, humanocidal state-CAPITALISM], a “lawful” development of the final «species» of CAPITALISM itself, which is sometimes fraudulently marketed as “Marxian socialism”].

However, this liberatory project, per Marx, cannot be a conscious, deliberate collective human project within the entire span of “human prehistory” — a prehistory which, per Marx, only ends with the emergence of humanity from out of its capital-value(s)-form.

Before that emergence, this project of human liberation is part of [cf. Hegel] ‘ “the cunning” of history’; of the human species’ collective, or social, unconscious mind.

Specifically, under the rule of the capital-value-form, this project is not pursued, collectively, consciously as such, but only indirectly, in an ulterior manner, and under goals as prescribed by other, misleading, “ideological” forms of human consciousness.

This project is pursued, essentially, only in the form of the pursuit of transitory “super-profit” opportunities by the personifications of “the capital-relation”, via their effort to increase the productivity of their wage-labor inputs so as to reduce the unit cost of their commodity output, and, thereby, to (1) undercut their competitors’ pricing, on equivalent output, at the same rate of profit, or (2) to meet their competitors’ prices, but at a higher rate of profit for themselves, vis-à-vis the profit rates of their competitors, or (3) some intermediate combination of the two forgoing strategy-extremes.

Upon critical, deeper analysis, this is revealed, by Marx, to be the de facto pursuit of rising rates of “relative surplus-value”, though this is not perceived as such in the typical consciousness of the agents/personifications of “the capital-relation”.

For individuals outside the class of capital-personification, e.g., for wagéd and salaried workers, the development of what they tend, in the present-day ideological context, to “hear” from the phrase “the productive forces” — namely, so-called “technology” — and the choice of “technology”, appears to be an alien affair, an affair of capital and its specialist, engineering, etc., employees, from which the wage-working population is excluded.

Such “technology” may even appear, in the eyes of superficial, ‘impressionistic empiricists’, in an illusory, ‘real subjects/real objects’-inverted manner, as an autonomous development, outside of any human-social intension or control:  “technology” as the [pseudo-]subject, or [pseudo-]agent, of human history.

The associated feeling of estrangement with respect to such “technology” on the part of workers is a ‘psycho-ideological vulnerability’ produced in them by their very ‘capital-relation’ experience itself.

That feeling can be exploited in the psychological/ideological class-warfare operations of ‘The Anti-Marxian Marxians’. 

They are the capitalist ruling class’s ruling faction, in the sub-epoch of the epoch of capital that we call ‘the descendant phase of the capitalist system’.

This ruling faction is hell-bent on “saving itself” from Marx’s predicted outcome, due to the growth of the human-society-productive forces under “the capital-relation” — on saving its power to despotically rule over the rest of global society, and the coveted “perks” of that rule.

It plans to do so by engineering, first, a termination, and, thereafter, a reversal, of the historical “growth of the productive forces”, together with all of the catastrophic, ‘multi-genocidal’, tendentially ‘‘‘humanocidal’’’ contraction of global human-societal self-reproduction that such a reversal of the growth of the productive forces entails.

That feeling of estrangement on the part of workers is also, in part, well-founded.

It is well-founded, but not as a ‘‘‘Neo-Luddite’’’ urge to the abstract negation of “technology” -- of “technology” as it is shaped and deformed by the imperatives of “the capital-relation”, and its inherent power- and profit-pursuing ruling-class “capital-praxis”.

It is well-founded as an urge to the immanent, «aufheben», dialectical, determinate negation of that “technology”:  the creation of a technological social infrastructure fit for use by “the associated producers” [Marx], in their expanded reproduction of an actualized human[e] society, thereby ending human pre-history, and beginning the actual[ized] history of humanity as such.

Within “the capital-relation”, within the epoch of the real domination of the human [re-]production-process by capital, “technology” develops and accumulates physically as “fixed capital” — as an objectification and materialization of “THE CAPITAL-RELATION” itself:  “technology as capital”; “capital as a technology”.

The “fixed capital” component of “constant capital” [Marx] develops as an instrument for the subjugation of workers -- of workers reduced to “variable capital” [Marx] -- and with an imperative toward the production of ever escalating and ever accumulating “pollution”, etc., “externalities”, against which “the capital-relation” — because of the inherent failure of “market-forces” to effectively regulate “externalities”, a failure inherent in “the capital-relation” — provides no immanent protection.

This “technology” therefore develops in a manner which is disfigured, deformed, and perverted with respect to the designs of a “democratic-communist”, e.g., of an actually humanist, actually human[e] Political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY, which means a human polity that consciously aims at the production of SOCIAL use-value / SOCIAL negentropy.

Only within an emergent post-capitalist, post-pre-historic, ‘democratic-communist society’ — i.e., only within ‘the social relations of societal self-re-production’ of a Political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY — can the expansion of humanity’s self-expansive, self-creative, self-reproductive powers become a conscious project of humanity — a matter of democratic deliberation and of collective-conscious design. 

Only then can we ourselves become our works of art.

Only then can humanity become its own work, of art.

Only then will the «kosmos» be our canvas.

"The metric of the human social forces of production is a measure of the unified, Darwinian and ‘Meta-Darwinian’ fitness of the human species, because that metric measures the rate of human-societal [self-]reproduction, both actual and potential -- actual, for the past, up to the present of the human species, therefore also potential, for the future of the human species -- thus measuring the combined, biological, Human-Genomic, Darwinian fitness of humanity, and the ‘Meta-Darwinian’, cultural, ‘Human-Phenomic’ fitness of humanity, together, as one.

The turn, from the ‘‘‘ascendance-phase’’’ to the ‘‘‘descendance-phase’’’ of the capital-centered system of social relations for the reproduction of human society is driven by the growth of the human social forces of production to a level beyond that at which, core, concentrated-ownership industrial capital, hence capitalism itself, can be profitable for its core ruling class.

That is, this turning point is the point after which the losses to core, concentrated-ownership industrial capital-value profitability, due to the ‘technodepreciation’ of ever-increasing portions of its fixed-capital-embodied capital-value, caused by further growth of the social forces of production, and by the competition-enforced retirement and periodic write-off of ever-increasing portions of that fixed-capital-value, against earnings, out-balances the gains to earnings -- to core, concentrated-ownership industrial capital-value profitability -- due to the heightened “factor productivity”, and the reduced unit costs of production, also caused by that further growth of the social forces of production.

Thereafter -- after that turning point -- the superficial appearance of core, concentrated-ownership, core-ruling-class-owned industrial capital profitability, and the economic enforcement of that superficial appearance, can only be maintained by drastic and draconian measures, measures which increasingly squander, destroy, and reverse the historic growth of the human social forces of production, which increasingly ‘‘‘de-industrialize’’’ the geographical capitalist core, and which also otherwise compromise human social reproduction, and which thus, more and more -- and at an accelerating rate, as this ‘‘‘descendance phase’’’ of modern society ensues -- reduce the combined, Darwinian, human-Genomic, and ‘Meta-Darwinian’, ‘human-Phenomic’ fitness of the human species, impending a ‘descendance-phase denouement’ of ruling-class-imposed [self-]extinction of that human species.

That is, the psycho-socio-political-economic phenomena that are the consequences of that turning point transform the once-progressive ‘ascendance-phase ruling-class’ into a 'hyper-degenerate', ‘descendance-phase ruling-class’, characterized by contradictory ideologies which can be described as ‘Human Anti-Humanism’ [‘‘‘local’’’ historical name:  “Eugenics”], ‘Capitalist Anti-Capitalism’ [including protracted suppression of capitalist industrialization in the capitalist “hinterland”, the “periphery” of the geographical capitalist core, creating the “Third World”], and inverted, perverted application of the lessons of the human-social sciences developed in the ‘‘‘ascendance phase’’’, so as to reverse human progress by reversing the growth of the social forces of production [‘‘‘local’’’ historical description:  ‘Anti-Marxian Marxianism’].

This 'hyper-degenerated' ruling class thus promotes, in stealth, policies of police-state, totalitarian state-capitalism, and of “Eugenics”, i.e., of genocide -- of global wars of mass extermination, of global multi-genocide; of both overt and covert, stealth genocide, and of catastrophic, Neo-Malthusian “population reduction”.

This 'hyper-degenerated' ruling-class does so, eventually, in part, via its promotion of various varieties of “People Are Pollution” ideology, of new anti-progress, anti-science, anti-“technology”, ‘descendance-phase ideologies’, such we have seen ‘‘‘locally’’’-- a plutocracy-funded global resurgence of Dark Ages Religions, of Neo-Luddite “Back-to-Nature”-isms and “Neo-Primitivisms”, of “Small-Is-Beautiful”-isms [i.e., of ‘Weak-is-Beautiful-ism’ re:  the collective political power of the working-class to defend itself against ruling-class-imposed contracted social reproduction], of voluntary self-destitution of the working class for the sake of “The Environment”, of “Zero [i.e., negative] Economic Growth” for the global majority / working class, of “Zero [i.e., negative] Population Growth” for the global majority, of Animalism, etc., etc., ad nauseam.

In sum, this 'hyper-degenerated' ruling class -- in order to maintain its rule against the ‘technodepreciation’ of the core-capital-value economic foundation of its power; against the overthrow of its foundation by the growth of the social forces of production -- is hell-bent on imposing a new, neo-feudal Dark Ages upon the majority of global humanity, with the core of that ‘descendance-phase ruling-class’ as the ruling, New Dark Ages neo-/pseudo-“aristocracy”.

However, this New Dark Age is likely, contrary to the demented intentions and ‘hyper-unrealistic’ expectations of the ‘descendance-phase ruling class’, to quickly become a permanent, ‘Final Dark Age’ for planet Earth -- one which not even the ‘exo-human’ planetary biosphere can survive -- in the form of a rapid, self-imposed extinction of the human species, including of that ‘Neroan’, ‘Caligulan’ ‘descendance-phase ruling-class’ itself, albeit itself so included contrary to its/their will.

When a sun-like star -- imprisoned by the ‘self-force’ of the ‘self-destiny’ determined by its own, inner ‘intra-duality’ [its ‘‘‘dialectical internal contradiction’’’] of self-caused, self-gravitational self-contraction, and of its opposing, self-contraction-induced core fusion thermonuclear self-expansion -- converts ~all of its core Hydrogen into core Helium, and begins to “burn” the Helium “ash” that remains there, it leaves the “stellar Main Sequence”, enters its ‘stellar descendance phase’, and heads toward stellar death. 

Like such a sun, modern society, capital-centered human society, when the ‘intra-duality’ of core capital no longer “nets-out” on the side of “self-expanding value” [Marx], through the reinvestment of surplus-value into new constant and variable capital, but, instead, begins to “net-out” on the opposite side, on the side of “self-contracting capital-value” [Seldon], due to accelerating ‘technodepreciation’ of high-fixed-capital-composition core-capital, modern society too enters its ‘‘‘descendance-phase’’’ -- enters a decline in its ‘social self-reproductive self-force’, a decline in its social-reproductive fitness which likewise destines it for self-destruction.

Luckily, human societies -- evolved later than, and, consequently, at a higher ‘meta-fractal’ scale of ‘inclusion complexity’ than stars -- contain greater ‘‘‘degrees of freedom’’’ than do, more deterministic, stars, so that there is still hope that we humans can pull out of the tail-spin of our ‘‘‘descendance phase’’’ as capital.

To start “pulling out”, and “pulling up”, from our present and longstanding tail-spin into a New/Final Dark Age; to restart human progress; to resuscitate/regenerate human social reproduction, to begin to re-grow the human social forces of production -- the very ‘self-forces’ of human, social self-reproduction, of human-social ‘self-productivity’ -- we must, collectively, ‘human-Phenomically’, learn something fundamental, yet new [to us].

We must learn to distinguish, conceptually, and to separate, in practice, capital from “technology”, capital from advanced-productivity means of production, and capital “profitability” from human-social ‘‘‘profitability’’’ -- from human-species fitness-maintaining and fitness-expanding human-social ‘self-reproductivity’.

If and when enough of us do so, then humanity can leave capital behind, i.e., we can subsume it, «aufheben» “contain” it, “contain” its dangers, and move on -- move up -- into the first-ever Global Renaissance of humanity, a renaissance of humanity as “the associated producers”, the producers of a re-accelerated growth of the social forces of production, the ‘self-producers’, the producers of a newly-growing planetary, ‘planetized’ humanity, expanding beyond our home planet.

Hypothesis A.

Specifically, that upward leap in the growth of the productive forces that would result from the implementation of Hydrogen-Boron, direct-conversion, essentially radioactivity-less nuclear fusion electricity generators; economical, sea-coast fusion-desalination/irrigation/ocean-solution-mining plants; "fusion-torch" elemental recycling plants, etc., is ESSENTIAL to a transition to a democratic-communist, or political-economic-democratic, society; to enabling a DECENT standard of living for the majority of the human species — not to supply a decadent capitalist hyper-consumerism to all, which they do not want, or need, but to produce the basic necessities of a humane material life — by and for a majority of humanity which now suffers under the most abject and dehumanizing privation.

Hypothesis B.

In general, the growth of the human-social forces of production — of the life-creative, human-wealth-creative, self-powers of the human social individual, and of the human-social totality, within the rest of nature, as an outgrowth of nature, and as [the 'meristemal'] part of nature — is the primary project of human liberation.

Hypothesis C.

This project cannot be a conscious, deliberate collective project within the entire span of "human prehistory" [as Marx defines the latter], which prehistory only ends with the emergence of humanity from its capital-value-form.

Before that emergence, this project is part of the "cunning" of the collective species-unconscious.

Specifically, under the capital-value-form, it is not pursued, collectively, consciously as such, but only indirectly, in the form of the pursuit of transitory "super-profit" opportunities by the personifications of the capital-relation, via the increase of labor productivity so as to reduce the unit cost of commodity output, which, upon deeper analysis, by Marx, was revealed to be aptly 'modelable' as the pursuit of rising rates of relative surplus-value.

Only within an emergent post-capitalist, post-pre-historic, democratic-communist society — a political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY — can the expansion of humanity's self-expansive, self-creative, self-reproductive powers become a conscious project — a matter of democratic deliberation and of collective-conscious design.

The development of 'the human-social forces of human society [[self-]re-]production' organizes itself into epochs — which only complexly correspond to the epochs of the human-social relations of production — and which epochs each center upon the accession to, and the appropriation of, deeper, earlier-to-emerge layers of nature by the human species, in the form of the different, successive epochs of ENERGY [re-]SOURCES.

This progression of this energy-[re]sources-appropriation by humanity takes the form of an inverse recapitulation of the dialectic of nature — of a reverse revisitation of the self-progression of the levels of self-organization of pre-human nature.

Thus, the human appropriation of nature progresses, cumulatively and inclusively, from the appropriation of human-social energy [collective labor, as in coordinated group hunting], to the appropriation of animal-social energy [e.g., herding of [other] social animals by [proto-]human animal societies, and, later, other-animals [mutual-]domestication by humans], to that of the [multi-eukaryotic-cellular] "multicellular" energy of human and animal bodies in labor [as in the "harnessing", or "yoking" of horse-body — and of human-body — to plow], to that of populations of eukaryotic single cells; eukaryotic-cellular energy [e.g., composting, leather tanning, yeast-based "daily bread"; other food production and preservation via bacterial fermentation — chocolates, buttermilks, sour creams, sauerkrauts, yogurts, kefirs, beers, wines, pickles, vinegars, tofus, etc.], and, later, to that of prokaryotic-cellular energy [e.g., sewage processing — sewage treatment ponds, septic tanks — etc; later [hybrids]: methane digesters; antibiotics-production and other medicines-production via "biotechnology", petroleum spill digestion, metal prospecting and mining, etc.], to that of molecular energy [of chemically-bonded atoms' electron outer-orbitals; via Oxygen-combustion of organic and inorganic chemical structures — deceased plant matter ["wood", etc.], cow chips, peats, coals, mineral oils, natural gases, etc.], to that of atomic-nucleus power [nuclear fission; nuclear fusion, or ionized-Hydrogen/protonic power, thus on the borderline with "sub-atomic power"], and [predictively] on to that of 'sub-atomic energy', thence on to that of 'sub-nuclear energy', etc.

Please note that the concept of '''energy''' invoked above is not the reductionist concept of "energy" common in modern science, but a non-reductionist concept of '''energy''', '''negentropy''', or '''organization-maintaining/expanding activity''', which acknowledges the ontological differences distinguishing the 'auto-kinetic' propensities of the different, successive, nested, '''natural-history historically-specific''', and «aufheben»-related layers of natural self-formation, and the qualitatively differing consequences thereof.

Hypothesis E.

Given this principle and pattern of progression of the energy-basis, and nature-appropriation-deepening basis, of the growth of the human social-reproductive forces, fusion energy — that is, nucleus/sub-atomic energy appropriation — is the expected/predicted next accomplishment in the productive-forces/energy resources progress of humankind.

Hypothesis F.

Summary of THE BUSSARD FUSION BREAKTHROUGH.

As of November of 2005, the basic physics for a [non-linear/non-equilibrium/non-tokamak] practical, small-scale, up-or-down-scalable, low cost, virtually zero-radioactivity, direct-conversion [no steam/turbine-mediation], fusion-power-based electricity generator was solved, and readiness was achieved to begin a five-year engineering development of a demonstration power-plant.


2. The work was achieved after an eleven-year effort by a small team led by Dr. Robert Bussard.


3. It was Dr. Bussard who [co-]initiated the first major government-funded work on nuclear fusion in the United States, ~30 years ago.


4. In the early 1970s Dr. Bussard became Assistant Director, under Director Robert Hirsch, of the Controlled Thermonuclear Reaction Division of what was then known as the Atomic Energy Commission. They founded the mainline fusion program for the United States, which became the "tokamak" program.
   
   Hypothesis: The "tokamak" program seeks a [non-existent] linear / equilibrium fusion regime, involving confinement of near-charge-neutral, mixed electron / proton-neutron nucleus plasmas mainly by massive external magnetic fields — plasmas not well-confined thereby due to the electric charge near-neutrality of such plasmas.


5. Later, in June 1995, Bussard stated in a letter to all fusion laboratories as well as to key members of the U. S. Congress, that he, along with the other founders of the fusion program, supported the tokamak approach not out of conviction that it was the best technical approach but rather as a vehicle for generating political support for fusion funding, thereby allowing them to pursue "all the hopeful new things the mainline labs would not try". 6. In 1983, Dr. Bussard invented a new method of IEC [Inertial Electrostatic Confinement] fusion, which involved an '''inversion''' of the method used by Farnsworth and Hirsch in their later work on their 'Fusor' designs, which dated back to the late 1960s.


7. Bussard developed a promising new type of gridless IEC fusor, called the Polywell, and built and tested several (15) experimental devices, from 1994 through 2005, with shoe-string funding from the U.S. Navy.   That funding was cut-off completely after the final version of the Polywell demonstrated the breakthrough to high-level fusion reactions, and engineering-readiness, due to its successful solution of the remaining physics problems.


8. During the period of U.S. Navy funding, from 1994 through 2005, the U. S. Navy required that Dr. Bussard and his team publish nothing about the physics progress they had achieved.  When the Navy cut-off funding in 2005, Bussard was freed to go public with his results for the first time in 11 years.


9. On November 9th, 2006, Dr. Bussard gave an invited presentation on his fusion breakthrough to Google employees, which was posted to the internet, and attracted a huge internet audience. 10. Responding to the groundswell of public interest in his work triggered by the internet disclosure of his breakthrough, Dr. Bussard founded a non-profit organization to solicit tax-deductible donations from the American public at-large to restart fusion development via the IEC approach in 2007.


11. Dr. Bussard died on Oct. 6, 2007, from a super-aggressive multi-cancer [Note here how so many others have died, so quickly, before him, once their existences had led to the public exposure of "inconvenient truths" for the powers that be — e.g., Martha Mitchell [just after she went public on the crimes of her husband, John Mitchell, and of Nixon's CREEP], CIA Director Casey [just before his subpoenaed Congressional testimony on the Rockefeller-CIA's crimes against humanity], Jack Ruby [whose continuing in the living estate represented a continual threat of exposure of the Rockefeller "coup d'etat", facilitated by their "hit" on President John F. Kennedy], Michael Crichton [shortly after he published his novel State of Fear, the second-to-last of his novels published during his lifetime, an expose' of the Rockefeller Eugenics / Global Warming global pogrom, entitled State of Fear],  etc., etc.].

Within the global social environment of dis-information created by the ruling, 'Rocke-Nazi' plutocracy, the prevailing opinion of the prospects for fusion power that we are all supposed to believe goes something like the following:

'"In the last 50 years, fusion has always been 20 years away! It always will be 20 years away! It's a scam."'

Of course!

 

The official, tokamak "fusion program" of the 'Rocke-Nazi'-prostitute government is designed to fail, while keeping highly-trained, highly-skilled physicists and other scientists and technicians "gainfully employed", and, thereby also, keeping them quiet, for the most part [or, in the case of the "inertial fusion" program, is designed as a cover for funding unpopular nuclear weapons research].

The government fusion programs — seeking a [nonexistent] linear = equilibrium fusion regime — are analogous, for example, to the old Bush programs to "combat AIDS transmission" in Africa, and in the United States, which are required, by law, to promote only "abstinence", and to mention condoms only in terms of their failure rate.

 Numerous scientific, evidence-based, double-blind, randomized trials have found that these "abstinence only" programs are INeffective against AIDS/HIV transmission, and have also found that condoms ARE effective against such transmission, at a high level of statistical significance.

Indeed, that was the purpose of the Bush "anti-AIDS" programs:  to destroy the condom-use-promoting programs in Africa, in the U.S., and elsewhere, that HAVE worked, and to put in their place the "abstinence-only" programs that have been found, scientifically, to FAIL against AIDS/HIV propagation.

The Bush programs were intended and DESIGNED TO FAIL.

Likewise, the governmental "Fusion" programs are designed to fail, and designed to discredit the fusion opportunity generally.

Scientists employed in this "fusion program" — those susceptible to careerist corruption — have been bought-off by the promised sinecure of perpetual payment of salary for endless fusion failure, and are as anxious to see fusion power developed as are careerist bureaucrats in the [highly-cancerous] American Cancer Society to see a cure for cancer!

1. Subjected to vilification and character-assassination by the Corporatist/'Rocke-Nazi'-prostitute mass media, and by the ,Rocke-Nazi, hired- liars of the "ecology" movement, as were the discoverers of the "Cold Fusion" possibility, Stanley Pons and Martin Fleischmann.

2. Shut down by government agencies, as was the Philo Farnsworth "Fusor" work, by the IRS. ["Work at Brigham Young University — Farnsworth then moved to Brigham Young University and tried to hire on most of his original lab from ITT into a new company.  The company started operations in 1968, but after failing to secure several million dollars in seed capital [M.D.:  failing, with a little help from 'Rocke-Nazi' "influence" over potential capital providers, maybe?], by 1970 they had burned through all of Farnsworth's savings.  The IRS seized their assets in February 1971, and in March Farnsworth suffered a bout of pneumonia which resulted in his death.  The fusor effectively died along with him." P. Why the Plutocracy Pushes "People Are Pollution" 'Global-Warmism'.

 

 

Hypothesis:  Brief Summary of the "Psychohistorical Law" of the History of Capitalism as a predictable stage in the self-alienated self-development of the Human "Phenome"/Genome.

 
 

The primary driver of the trajectory of a [self-]global[izing capital-relation-based human-social system is the "self-duality" of capital as "self-expanding value" versus capital as "self-contracting value", and the mutually-determined shift in the balance of these two contrary, mutually-engendering processes as the capital-praxis of humanity develops itself....

Historical Premises.

Competitive capitalism is inherently unstable.

Competition leads to the negation of competition.

Some competitors succeed, most fail.

The succeeding competitors swallow up the assets of the failing competitors.

As a result, the concentration of economic power grows, in the hands of the successful competitors.

Capital as "Self-Expanding Value":  "Accumulation" of Capital-Value as Net Profits are re-invested, especially into new, more cost-effective, more productive "capital equipment".

But, as the physical mass of profit-productivity-enhancing fixed capital grows relative to the physical mass of circulating capital, the vulnerability of the owners of concentrated capital to devastating competition from "upstart" new entrants, employing less costly and/or more productive fixed capital, grows apace.

Capital as "Self-Contracting Value":  "Dis-Accumulation" of the Capital-Value of past-accumulated, obsolete fixed-capital plant and equipment.

The concentrated-capital owners can be forced, by such competition — from "upstart" new entrants, employing less costly and/or more productive fixed capital — to retire their thus "obsoleted" fixed capital, at a loss, i.e., long before its full-physical-life-time-use "full amortization" would have paid for it, +, via its profit-returns, AND while they [typically] still owe debt-service on the loans that they took out  to purchase that now-worthless fixed capital, perhaps having to pay that debt-service for many years still to come, while also having [typically] to take out NEW loans on the NEW, replacement fixed-capital, that is competitive with the "upstart" new entrant's more advanced fixed capital, thus "compounding" their debt-service expenses.

This compounding of debt-service payment expenses on fixed capital, for both fixed capital still in use, and also for that not still in use, and thus no longer generating any revenue "coverage" for its own continuing debt-service costs, combined with the continual "writing-off" of fixed capital "techno-obsoleted" in this way, once the value of fixed capital has become a large or even a predominant portion of total capital, can induce a secular decline in the net rate of profit return on investment for core concentrated industrial capital.


Later, these capital-return-rate losses to industrial capitalists and to banks are "socialized" (e.g., due to the heightening rates of bankruptcy of industrial borrowers holding too much "compounded" debt-service expense) — is converted into inflation losses to the public (i.e., mainly, to losses for the working class — for the buying power of their wages and savings), via "Central Bank" fractional reserve monetary systems [fiat debt-money-creation systems] — systems no longer constrained by production and productivity (e.g., by the production of precious metals), and designed for that very purpose by the core plutocracy.

As a result, the owners of concentrated, core industrial capital move massively to preemptively destroy and preclude such "upstart", new entrant, new technology based competition, both from entrepreneurs in the industrial capitalist core countries, and from other countries, outside that core, that have the potential to industrialize — a potential that the core plutocracy seeks to crush by the setting up of progress-suppressing comprador "servant dictatorships" throughout the yet-to-industrialize peripheries of the core capitalist countries.

The "successful" competitors, the core concentrated industrial and banking capital owners, have sufficient capital-profit funds, and other forms of power, to begin "buying-out" [prostituting] the national states of the core — legislatures, executives, and judiciaries alike.

They leverage their prostitution of these governments to destroy real competition, arranging corporate welfare of all kinds for themselves, and biased regulatory strangulation for their smaller competitors, especially the new entrants who are fielding the most innovative, higher-productivity technologies, that threaten to "technodepreciate" the core plutocracy's core industrial fixed-capital assets.

Now "Above the Law", as a consequence of prostituting the national states, the core, concentrated-capital-ownership plutocracy begins to kidnap ("disappear"), or assassinate, or otherwise ruin (often using the unconstitutionally-expanded police powers of their prostitute-governments) inventors whose innovations threaten to "techno-depreciate" the plutocrats' fixed capital, via more-advanced, more-productive technology.

Historical Consequences.

So, the plutocracy also uses its wealth, and the military power of the core capitalist state(s) which it has prostituted -- financed for "free" to that plutocracy, via the tax revenues paid to those states mainly by their non-wealthy, non-plutocrat, mostly working-class citizens -- to install, and to maintain, "servant-dictatorships" all over the periphery of the core/"advanced" industrial capitalist state(s), creating the "Third World".


The function of these "servant-dictators" — "servants" to the core plutocracy, "dictators" to their own citizens — is to torture, maim, and murder -- and, in general, "to make exampled of" -- the progress-seeking and pro-democracy citizens of those nations, and to suppress any industrialization or technological advance in those peripheral states that threatens the core plutocracy with "technodepreciation".


Otherwise, the core plutocracy would face "technodepreciation" of its fixed-capital-based assets from abroad, from the periphery, where a combination of traditionally low wages, and latest-vintage, higher-productivity, lower-costs, higher-quality capital equipment, in competition against the plutocracy's older-vintage/obsolete capital equipment, and against the higher wages won through generations of bloody struggles against that plutocracy in the core industrial-capitalist state(s), would "technodepreciate" that plutocracy's fixed-capital-based assets, and/or depress their rate of return on those assets, to an extent which would threaten the ability of those plutocrats to hold onto economic, hence political, power -- with all of its coveted "perks" -- for that core plutocracy.


These plutocrats, next, even begin to massively fund anti-science, anti-technology, pro-de-industrialization, and "people are pollution" (pro-humanocide) ideologies — e.g., Rockefeller "Eugenics" in the 1920s & 1930s, adopted, and discredited, by their former "servant-dictator", "Franken-Dictator" Adolph Hitler, all the way to today's "Eugenics Warmed-Over", humanocidal "GLOBAL-WARMISM", as well as other variants of pro-"population reduction" ploys (e.g., "Peak-Oil"-ism, "Small-Is-Beautiful"-ism, "Limits-to-Growth"-ism, "Zero-Growth"-ism, etc., etc., ad nauseam) — to help block further advances in technology/"human social productivity" -- those that threaten to devalue the core plutocracy's fixed-capital-based assets.

Hence, since these plutocrats strive to suppress any rise in global social productivity, they decide that they must therefore also work to achieve public acquiescence in global "multi-genocide" ("population reduction"), since their productivity-growth-blocking regime has the consequence, wherever it "succeeds", of accumulating ever more miserable populations of ever-poorer people, ever more likely to revolt against, and ultimately to overthrow, that ultra-vicious core plutocracy.

The plutocracy therefore acts to murder these people preemptively, through all kinds of " stealth genocide", i.e., "stealth eugenics",  [e.g., via genomically-engineered "Designer Diseases", such as "AIDS", and] through outright genocide whenever these plutocrats think that they can get away with it [e.g., Bosnia-Herzegovina, Rwanda, Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti, Syria, etc., etc., etc.].



Thus, the self-degeneration of representative-democratic, competitive capitalism into totalitarian, humanocidal state-capitalism is the inevitable ruling tendency of modern, "descendance-phase", global capitalist society.

This taxis to totalitarianism, as George Orwell also perceived, represents the immanent "law of motion" of "descendance-phase" industrial-capital-based human societies generally.



The only way that I see out of this nightmare is to increasingly put the productive assets of society into the hands of socialized producers' cooperatives, which must meet the economic checks-and-balances, and the tests, of market competition — e.g., the Equitists' new "Citizen Stewardship Equity" constitutional rights.

Control — not ownership, but stewardship — of social property productive assets by these socialized producers' cooperatives would, in that way, be widely dispersed, creating constitutional-citizen-economic-rights-based economic checks-and-balances, conserving the checks-and-balances on "product quality" and "customer service quality" provided by market competition, and blocking the hyper-concentration of capital-asset-value seen today, which leads rapidly to the global self-destruction of human society, due to the political-economic dynamics of "technodepreciation", and due to the predictable ruling class strategic responses thereto, described above.



This "way out" will require a popular revolution in the "core of the core" of [increasingly state-]capitalism — in the U.S.A., as well as in China — much like the one which overthrew Stalinist state-capitalism in Russia and Eastern Europe circa 1989, but, this time, it must be, if it is to succeed, a revolution aimed DIRECTLY at the ruling Rockefeller/Morgan/Rothschild/etc. invisible dictatorship, which was able to pervert and suppress the Eastern European and Russian revolutions against state-capitalism, installing new servant-dictators there, because that plutocracy was in a momentaneously safe, privileged position to strike at them, since it was not directly vulnerable to those revolutions.


This revolution, to succeed, must be aimed at GREATER individual liberty, not less.


It must be a revolution whose goals include the CONSERVATIVE EXTENSION of the U. S. Constitution and Bill Of Rights, so as to add ECONOMIC CHECKS AND BALANCES, and new Species of Citizen Equity constitutional rights, beyond but still including, and, for the first time, enforcing Capital-Equity "Stockholder Democracy" — New Citizen Economic Rights — to the Political Rights and checks-and-balances already enshrined in — even if honored mostly "in the breach", especially lately  — the Bill Of Rights of that Constitution.

It must be, to succeed, a revolution whose demand is an amendment of the U.S. Constitution, establishing a Political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY.



To succeed, it must be a legal, non-violent movement for constitutional amendment, using the legally-established channels for such amendment.



Unfortunately, the Caligulan, Neroan, hyper-pervertoids of the U.S. plutocracy can be expected to attack this movement illegally, with all of the ultra-violence that they can muster, until or unless this movement becomes popular enough — just as the popularity of the revolutions in Eastern Europe and the former USSR eventually stayed the hand of the vicious secret police and the pro-Stalinist army elements, flash-freezing those craven bullies via their fear of popular wrath.


Since this ultra-violent response of the (Rockefeller/Morgan/Rothschild/etc.) ruling faction of the core plutocracy is predictable, it should be prepared for in advance.




How much more mass murder will the people of the United States tolerate from the "Rocke-Nazi"-prostituted, "R.I.C.O." [Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization] U.S. "government" before they rise up?





Individualist Anarchists and Pseudo-Libertarians take heed:  Pining away for a utopia of stable, perpetual free capitalist competition, a la Ron Paul — a nowhere "utopia" that does not exist, and that cannot ever exist anywhere — is, well, ineffective, and impractical, to say the least.  Insisting upon that impossibility — and thereby, in practical fact, transferring even more unchecked power into the hands of the mega-corporate plutocracy — is the co-opting creed of the latest breed of 'utopian capitalists'.

The Actual Agenda Behind the "Peak Oil" Ploy, and the "Global Warming" Hysteria.

The following quotes from "Peak Oil" purveyor Michael Ruppert are derived from Issue #70 (October 12, 2004) of the Center for an Informed America Newsletter, from the article entitled "Beware the 'Peak Oil' Agenda".

"... make no mistake about it:  the future that has been scripted by the architects of 'Peak Oil' is not going to be pretty.


Massive population reduction has always been a key component of the 'Peak Oil' agenda.


Ruppert first acknowledged that fact in an e-mail to this website in March of this year.



This is what he wrote at that time:

"I advocate an immediate convening of political, economic, spiritual and scientific leaders from all nations to address the issue of Peak Oil (and Gas) and its immediate implications for economic collapse, massive famine and climate destruction (partially as a result of reversion to coal plants which accelerate global warming). This would, scientifically speaking, include immediate steps to arrive at a crash program — agreed to by all nations and in accordance with the highest spiritual and ethical principles — to stop global population growth and to arrive at the best possible and most ethical program of population reduction as a painful choice made by all of humanity."

At that time, I accused Ruppert of advocating a eugenics program, and I was, not surprisingly, harshly criticized by the Ruppertians for doing so.


Numerous members of the cult of 'Peak Oil' sent e-mail accusing me of "putting word's in Ruppert's mouth."


But more recently, while addressing the Commonwealth Club (which apparently just began extending invitations to dissident journalists; who knew?), Ruppert put the words in his own mouth when he quoted approvingly from a eugenics tome penned in 1952 by Charles Galton Darwin.


Darwin was, for the record, a rather notorious figure in the American eugenics movement, as were other Darwins and Galtons before him.

In a previous newsletter, I reported that Ruppert had briefly addressed the issue of population reduction during the speech that he delivered at this year's 9-11 conference in San Francisco.


Since then, I have had the opportunity to review an audiotape of Ruppert's entire 'Peak Oil' presentation at the event.


Here is a complete (enough) transcript of that presentation:

"Now the question is: do we want to do it nice or do we want to do it nasty? The world has chosen to embark on a path that is the worst Nazi nightmare ever seen. It will be bloody, it will be violent, it will involve population reduction by the most brutal, venal, underhanded methods. So what is Ruppert telling us here ... other than that "our creator" is apparently now demanding that we evolve?

What exactly is this "world" of which he speaks — this "world [that] has chosen to embark on a path that is the worst Nazi nightmare ever seen"?


I don't think that it is the people of planet Earth that have collectively chosen to take this path.


And I doubt that it is the planet itself that has chosen this path.


Isn't it really the case that this path was forced upon the world by the global elite and their paid stooges?

Is Ruppert telling us that we are all facing a violent, bloody death, so we might as well start taking care of the job ourselves — in a less "nasty" and more, uhmm, "nice" manner?


Are those the only two options available?


Why is a "bloody," "brutal," "violent" and "venal" future taken as a given?


To be sure, we are certainly heading in that direction, but we needn't necessarily continue to do so, unless we blindly accept the manufactured reality as an objective, and inevitable, reality.


Of course, Ruppert and his fellow 'Peakers' seem to be working very hard to guarantee the arrival of that "Nazi nightmare" future.

The truth is that such a future awaits us only if the claims of the 'Peakers' are true, or, more importantly, if we allow ourselves to be convinced that the claims are true when they most certainly are not.


It is vitally important, therefore, that the people of the world be given the opportunity to thoroughly review all sides of this issue.


After all, if the Peakers are right, then all of our lives are very much on the line.


And yet, strangely enough, the majority of the Ruppertians who have chosen to spew their bile into my mailbox have made it quite clear that they have no desire to read any opposing points of view.

Could it be any more obvious that these people have no interest in ascertaining the truth?

Just this week, Ruppert discretely added a new article to his website, which he posted "on an unpublished URL at the FTW web site" — guaranteeing that none of his readers will ever know it is there, unless they learn of it elsewhere.



Asked to explain his previous comments on population reduction, Ruppert does not deny that he advocates some type of forced depopulation program; he only denies having a specific program in mind:

"I have no list of people who should be in charge of this. Everyone should have a say. I have suggested that such an endeavor might best include people of more humane vocations than those of the economists, politicians, and financiers who are currently in charge of most domestic and international institutions. I have never said anywhere that there was a specific group of organizations or people who should run this. I wonder why it is that Ruppert continues to shelter his readers from this aspect of the 'Peak Oil' gameplan?

If this is such an important issue, and if we should all have a voice in the 'debate,' as Ruppert has claimed, then why has he not brought the issue to the forefront?


Why has he chosen instead to leak it in a limited way?


Ruppert claims that, in order to be "ethical in the face of an inevitable disaster, the entire human community will have to share useful information as equably as is humanly possible."


Why then is Ruppert not sharing this most important of information?

 

We turn now to a disturbing new post on the FTW website, which Ruppert has modestly titled "WE DID IT!"


Before even getting to the actual text of the piece, we already know, just from the article's lengthy subtitle, that Ruppert is taking another stroll into Bizarro World.


With equal parts bombast, ignorance, and unintentional irony, he actually refers to his critics as "Flat-Earth, Abiotic Oil Advocates."


This is a guy, it will be recalled, whose mission in life is to relentlessly promote a scam predicated on a unproven, 250-year-old theory, while blithely ignoring an unchallenged body of modern scientific research — and yet he dismisses the other side as Flat Earthers! The full subtitle of the post is "World's Seven Largest Economies Admit They Have No Idea How Much Oil Is Left – Issue Emergency Call for Transparency at DC Summit:   A Challenge to the Flat-Earth, Abiotic Oil Advocates and Cornucopian Economists – It's Now or Never."

While Ruppert celebrates his 'victory,' perhaps the rest of us should pause here and consider exactly what it is that he is celebrating.


Just months ago, Ruppert called for the leaders of the world to meet and discuss the implications of 'Peak Oil,' including the necessity of taking "immediate steps to arrive at a crash program" for depopulating the world.


And now we have the global elite meeting behind closed doors to discuss the implications of a phantom oil shortage, and those elite are, Ruppert believes, "well into discussing 'options' which they don't want the rest of us to know about."

At stake, Ruppert notes, is "everyone's chances for survival and, most importantly, the future of all the world's children."

And we are supposed to believe that this is somehow a positive development?


I don't think so.


To the contrary, it would appear that the call for 'transparency' is a signal that the puppeteers have control of enough of the global chessboard to begin implementing the 'Peak Oil' scam.



They are not meeting behind closed doors to discuss how to contend with a global oil shortage; they are meeting behind closed doors to discuss how to manufacture a global oil shortage.

As I said earlier in this post, these people are deadly serious about staging this apocalyptic scenario. And the stakes, for all of us, are very high.


Consider that, for many years now, concerted efforts have been made to program our children to passively accept death as a mundane, routine occurrence.


Do not make the mistake of assuming that that is a phenomenon unrelated to the 'Peak Oil' agenda.

Why are our children being conditioned to accept death?


How thorough will this depopulation program be?


How long will it take to shatter all remaining social bonds — to instill in the masses an "every man for himself" mind set?


How quickly will we collectively descend into barbarism?



If the masters of our collective illusion can convince us that we live in a "kill or be killed" world, how much of the dirty work of depopulation can they get us to do ourselves?
